The first reading tells you what happened. The second reading should identify the decision, behaviour, principle, function or marketing/finance clue that the question is testing.
Name the concept and justify it
Write the exact concept only when you are confident, then connect it to the specific line or action in the case. A label without justification can look like guessing.
Avoid the keyword trap
The same word can appear in multiple chapters. Context matters more than a single clue. Ask what business problem is being solved and which chapter concept best explains the action.
